(Possible) Wrong Relic levels on latest Era Char - SOLVED

I could be wrong on this so i haven't posted this in the bug section yet but:

My latest Era characters have different Relic levels DESPITE they had the SAME Era levels (118) and equal star (5). You would expect if the Era levels are the same they would have the same Relic at "payout".

Mara and Jar jar both are R2, Ronin R1(again same Era lvl as mara and jar had), luke and DYoda and Bunny Boy don't even have Relic levels. Didn't include the shield trooper (believe it was 110) as he didn't had the same lvl and so he shouldn't have Relic lvl

So my question is: Is this normal? Maybe there are differences in what Relic level you get depending on character or did i get CG'ed
