Post F to pay respect for the old Forum

It is nice to be able to post again. After the old forums existing for 7 years and the forum rules never allowing for de-escalation of the ban-worthy offenses, even something as simple as using an abbreviation for Han's Millennium Falcon or 'necro'ing a thread where someone tagged you and then deleted their comment could get you banned for 1,2,4 weeks and then perma-banned. Hopefully the mods have more power to allow for de-escalation of 'disciplinary actions' after a period of good behavior. I know a lot of the regulars were perma-banned by the time the sun set on the old forums, just because after 7 years, you're likely to step on a few landmines, and there was no forgiveness system (probably because no one expected the forums to last nearly that long).
