Until they do that, it doesn't matter what they do with ships as far as I'm concerned
in a way this may help a little for people with less ships, and maybe even early players.
they seem to be saying this will take affect across all ship content, this would imply that it could affect ship challenges.
the few battles they have shown end pretty quick so the 5 ships may be all that gets used most battles anyway.
