Post-Update Issues (other than softlock)

Same issues here. Dailies have been reset and shown as completed.
Also two red dots showing unfinished tasks but there aren't any.
Can all these be fixed?
Came to report the same, but forum is broken and not letting me post it.
So, by same, I mean the notifications number for home button with nothing to do, and it not going away... As well as the dailies. That's really not cool. I can't do GW again today. A lot of people who were in the middle of their daily quests are losing crystals and gear now.
