Any quick action will trigger the filter, edits are the usually suspect, as a quick edit will be seen as another post in a short amount of time. Subsequent posts after one is flagged, if you do them too soon will immediately be flagged as well.

I pasted the advert in incorrectly, deleted it and then did it again so I guess I triggered this. I'll be more careful in future.
