Potency - there is something wrong with that

Yesterday I play my resistance team on HAAT p2. I change my mods in RP and set up him 105% potency. My Finn have as I remember 60%. What was weird that Finn put expose on tank about 90% time. RP pu...

I did some experiments with Vader, Sidious, Boba and friends with varying levels of potency and see where debuffs start sticking. Not quite scientific, but potency ~50% is not enough (lots of "resist"s), and ~80% is much better so its tenacity must be somewhere between these values.

The B2 in P3 has less I think.
