Potency broken ?

Is potency still broken? I was under the impression the fix was included in his mornings update, yet I'm not getting any TM reduction or speed down on the rancor , despite Q, teebo and Phasma all fully upgraded ect ?
Only raiding tier 5 and normally pretty straight fwd.

    My guild hasn't tried it yet - wants to slog it out on now more difficult tier 6. (Oh well, can't leave them to do it alone...).

    So take the above advice with caution, I haven't tried it myself.

    I have the same problem. My Turn Meter squad still doesn't work with a crap. Especially Teebo.

    I didn't do too badly with QGJ and Chewie, but seems like Teebo is basically useless right now.
