Potential LSGTB bug?

Question

Just noticed that whenever doing an AOE with GMY on LSGTB, sometimes the stacks on B2 wouldn’t decrease (and none of the other enemies have the modifier that prevents more than one stack lost per attack). Just curious, has anyone else noticed this? Was able to repeat many times and also occurred with Ahsoka attacking out of turn (different attempt than thr GMY one). Also occurred on different rounds.

T-Series Tactical Droid. It prevents allies from losing droid battalions to AOEs.

I think the Ahsoka one is chalked up to General Kalani who limits any attack to only removing one stack. So Ahsoka assists, Mark, Heroes Arise etc can all only remove one stack.
