I agree with this and have the same issue with the Fulcrum quest. When you have no control over what your guild picks and can not complete your quests. I also have an issue with my guild quest do 4 Raid Attempts Pitt due to they will not do a non sim battle.
I'm sure the point is not to have players jump from guild to guild just to be able to complete these quests. This really needs to be looked into since the new additions added it breaks the ability to complete these.
