Problem with crystal purchased

I have two problems that occurred when I tried to purchased crystals on Saturday. I was trying to buy the 50 dollar crystal pack, but was charged for the 20 dollar pack instead nor did I receive any crystals. I contacted itunes, but I don't know if they can't do anything about it. Can EA or swgoh staff help with my problem?

    Send a message to support via the Help section in the game. They can 100% see if you received your crystals or not, and can make amends. You can also request they call you.

    If you were charged for the lesser amount, that means you inadvertently clicked that option. I've done that before. You may not feel that happened, but it happened.
