Yep - several people in my guild who are running droids are having MAJOR problems beating arena teams they destroyed 2 days ago. Mainly when they run into teams with high health/protection.
Even I have had issues beating teams I easily crushed. Rey double tapped Rex on a team I always crush. Instead of the usual wipe of almost all of his protection - only half came off. Something is definitely different.
I just wish they would at least announce/explain when they make changes like this.
