Protection Disruption Quest not tracking

The character quest tracking for Protection Disruption is not tracking progression. Any suggestions?

    It's tracking... but the target needs to survive the hit. For me, the cool down takes forever. By the time I get to the point of tossing the staff, the hit usually kills the intended target - so it doesn't apply the Protection Disruption. I'm currently at 3/5 and hoping that I can complete it in GC.

    UPDATE: Yea, I was able to complete the feat by going into GC and hitting GG with the staff toss. Just need to get into a position where you can hit him without killing him.

    Gungan Boomadier has AOE prot disruption vs Seps. Current GC is a GG team. 

    Step 1) bring Gungan Boomadier into GC

    Step 2) use AOE

    Choose an appropriate tier. Targets need to survive the hit, the frog needs to live long enough to AOE. Relic frogs? Tier 10. Gear 8 frogs? Tier 1.

    Y'all realize that Gungans do AoE protection disruption, right? Boombadier I think it is, since it's not Phalanx, Boss Nass or JarJar for sure, and I'm pretty sure it's not Capt Tarpals. (Although I admit I don't pay attention to their names much. I just know what the buttons do.) 

    Is this a situation where y'all don't have g11 Gungans? I'm trying to figure out how you are having trouble getting an AoE hit that doesn't kill everyone (which would imply very high gear) but also being worried that you'll get killed before you have a chance to use Prot Disruption.

    Thanks for the info.. now just got to survive long enough for the 300 turn cooldown without GG nuking him on every revive.
