I can deal with the postponed gear changes, I can deal with inquisitor garbage, I can deal with the shitty bugged conquest, but this!
4m GP is the requirement for hard conquest: the requirement for getting them in the 1st 3 months. Now, you stop those who were 1m GP at that time and still maxed normal conquest -- the people who are still under 4m GP that happen to also be going for Exec and those desperate for more RC shards, and the people who happen to have got JMK under 4m GP and now have no way of getting CAT. You've basically made this event pointless for most people.
