disagree about no notice since they did make reference to it in the update notes today

Really? I just looked, and there is no mention of moving the 4 credit options to different locations.
New Offers in Shipments
We are updating the slots in some areas of the Shipments screen to include additional offers based on player level.
Apparently “updating the slots” means moving the credit options to a different location in CG language.
