PSA: Chase drop rates have been lowered

Just FYI while you're planning. In case you didn't notice, CG lowered the Chase drop rate in Cantina from 4% to 3% without notice. If you want a 5* ship from a Chase, you now have to spend the 400 ref...

Now that Outrider’s done, the consensus was that it was 3%, right?

Any chance we can hunt for an answer more before Kyle’s ship shows up?
