Just FYI while you're planning. In case you didn't notice, CG lowered the Chase drop rate in Cantina from 4% to 3% without notice. If you want a 5* ship from a Chase, you now have to spend the 400 refreshes. Plan accordingly.

CG has most likely been silenced by the EA legal departement because they know there's a lawsuit waiting to happen here... The legal case is pretty clear cut - CG is legally required to disclose drop rates - this had been prior-stated to be 4% - and the change to 3% without any notice, regardless of it being caused by mistake or ill intent, is a clear violation of EU law (dont know about US law)...

EA is already under scrutiny with FIFA and Madden - imagine how much the EU courts would love to get a verdict on EA's number one billion+ dollar mobile game...

CG giving an answer to this thread would give clear evidence of a change - without an answer EA's million dollar lawyers can most likely weasel their way out of it.

This is why we're never getting an answer here...

He’s the acting CM while crumb is away on paternity leave and while they find Doja‘s replacement. It is literally his job at the present to communicate with us. Just because this occurred before he took over doesn’t absolve him of relating an answer from the devs to us. You said that there was an answer you were given, but couldn’t tell us and that a CM/dev needed too.

Well if there’s an answer and we have devs and a CM who have working forum accounts and the ability to type and communicate, I think they owe us an explanation on:

1.) Why the drop rate was lowered
2.) Why they have the nerve to ignore the community and give excuse after excuse as to why this can’t be answered.

Where does the community manager hang out at? This would be the most logical place for them to gather information and yet they require notification that an issue should get a response?

He's currently chatting up the events discord talking about his coffee intake.
