- Here is what @CG_SBCrumb posted for the emporers shuttle.
“ This new ship's blueprints have a drop rate of 4% per point of Ship Energy per attempt (8 = 32%, 10 = 40%, 16 = 64%, 20 = 80%). Please note that each attempt is an independent event.”
Please confirm if these rules apply to the next Galactic Chase event. "kalidor;c-1998887" wrote:
There's no 20e energy cantina node, so confirmation would be great. It could just mean the highest you can get is 64% in cantina, but they could have rejigged the drop rates too.
RE the bolded: They don't do that. You know that. Stop saying they do."Nikoms565;c-1998916" wrote:

Actually I'm not sure that's what he's saying. Had he said "rigged" then yes, they don't do that but "rejigged" implies an adjustment to account for the lack of a 20 energy node which would have higher chances of drops. Perhaps it will be a 5% per energy spent versus 4%/energy as with Emperor's Shuttle."Nikoms565;c-1998916" wrote:

Galactic Chase is a weird event where they do play around with drop rates, so these are valid questions."chionophile;c-1998989" wrote:

He misread "rejigged" as "rigged"."TVF;c-1998987" wrote:
I don't see why they'd change it. Yes 20 was the high before, but the end result was (based on drop rate) you'd end up with the same number of shards no matter what node you farmed. Increasing to 5% would increase shard yield. I'd be very surprised if they do that.
My point is they haven’t stated if the drop rate is dynamic based on the amount of energy spent on the node or not. The community needs to know this information and since it starts before the Q&A we need an answer today @CG_SBCrumb- NotRealUltraSeasoned Newcomer

It’s no different than farming for Anakin’s ship and getting emperor’s shuttle
The max drop is 64% per sim from cantina but you get more attempts compared to 20 energy
At the end of the day, you should be able to get 330 shards in 8,250 energy regardless of which node you are farming "Ultra;c-1999007" wrote:

I’m arguing that even if it was 4% per energy, you would still end up with 330 shards after 8,250 energy (approx.) even if the highest node available was 16 energy, 12 energy or 10"Ultra;c-1999000" wrote:

Do you have an official source for this information?
I don’t have an official source regarding Hyena but I think the previous statement of 4% per energy still holds true and is official enough since they haven’t given a reason to doubt this
I think there are many in this community that believe there are many reasons lately to make them doubt this. Bottom line, you are speculating.
@CG_SBCrumb is the drop rate for all galactic chase events going to be 4% per energy used until a different drop rate is specifically stated for a future galactic chase event? You can easily answer this by replying “yes” or “confirmed”.- tward930New Spectator

I simply meant that we've never had a Galactic chase using Cantina energy before, so they may have changed the drop rates from what was present on the old Fleet energy nodes. So far I'm 19/31 (62%), so I'm willing to believe they haven't changed it from the advertised rate for 16e fleet (64%).
