I wanted to buy someone a gift but before the payment option came up the process got interrupted (the game claimed it had timed out when it was less than a second). Now the player is greyed out and ineligible for the pack I wanted to send them...
Have restarted the game twice and waited 10 minutes but no change so far. Hope it's just some cache on the server.
Can I add my voice to the many who have already said this is such a badly (not?) thought through system. I cannot remember anyone asking for this feature - ESPECIALLY not in combination with "gift-only" packs. We have a long list of real QoL changes that would make life for players & officers so much easier. Instead of wasting Dev effort on building (and repairing) the gift shop, it would have been nice to have worked on any one of the things the majority of people actually did request.
