After looking for some datas, IF the tickets (on life) is a thing - and its starting to becoming more and more the reason - , the amount looks to be around 35k.
Seen a lot of eligibles around 36-37k
And a lot of ineligible around 33-34k
Can people that are ineligible confirm they are under 35k, and those who are above 35k ?
Even if this is a thing : it doesnt make any sense
