Reloading the app fixed it for me.

It probably hooks into the relic advancement function, which never happened.

fwiw they are experimenting with lightspeed bundles

if enough people outrage about it they'll make the next set of lightspeed more expensive or low value for the buck compared to this pass

I bought the raddius bundle and have not had any characters advanced. Tried restoring purchases and zilch.

Was curious, the one bundle says "earn raddus shards today" does it open up the raddus event today if you purchase this bundle?

You need to close the game and come back into it, I had the same issue.
