PSA: Last Tier Revan Shard missing [BUG REPORT]

Head over to Answers HQ. Make a post with your ally code (if there's lots of people try and keep it on the same thread).

The team there can check your account and credit the missing shards fairly quickly, but they won't be at work for another 4/5 hours I don't think.

It's 1am their time, they aren't gonna do anything about this until they get up, have some coffee and get into work, and that's not gonna be until after 8am sometime.

I am joining the club. Already contacted the German customer support. They told me it's a known issue and they are working on a fix.

Never put you player code in public. That's a sure way to get your account stolen.

@misterjack this is sound advice. I'd remove that quickly. They need ally codes, not player ids, and on Answers HQ, not here. Nothing can be done here.

I know this is just a game but it's a very poor effort from EA. It seems to happen on alot of their games these days ?
