I know, but what if you don't get around to checking the event tab? For something like that, it seems a reminder would be useful. They keep pushing packs, it wouldn't be difficult to push an event.

The game should not have to hold everyone's hand. Everyone should be doing all their daily activities and checking to see what is new for the day each day. Doesn't take long.

For SR2 I would like it since it give out important rewards more than a typical event. Leia’s event though I mean you might as well give every event a notice then.

@BobaFettish86 I agree. Its a great suggestion for QOL. Sure everyone is responsible to check for themselves but it's a very valid suggestion for QOL and many would benefit from it.

Feels like a waste. If you need a reminder use the notifications from the events server to create an event on your server that reminds you on the day of. No point adding another pop-up that gets ignored. Though maybe if they just had the red dot show up and stay there until you visit the table instead of going past it.

I get a red dot on Events if there is something there that hasn't been looked at.

The issue with the red dot is that if you go to the GW or fleet table first, the red dot goes away even though you never actually went to Events.
