QGJ humbling blow

This ability doesn't seem to give the offense up buff on a killing blow. Is that a bug or how it's supposed to work?

No, it never has given OU on a killing blow. I'm not sure if it's "working as intended," but that's simply the way it is currently. It also doesn't give you OU if it's the second attack on Advantage (or Foresight, but that just causes HB to miss anyway).
