QoL request - Character sorting filter by campaign

Sometimes I just have Fleet/Cantina/Energy to spend and need to get some shards for that particular energy type.  I don't want to sort by rarity (inverted) and just click each character until I find someone who uses that type of energy.  Make it also filter out anyone at 7 stars too, so I only see those who need shard farming.
