Quality of life improvements

HI CG,

i just wanted to highlight a few quality of life improvements i'd like to see in the game:

1. please remove 3dot and 4dot mods from the Tier III Mod challenges. we should only receive 5 dot mods from this
2. i would love the ability to save a master copy of all mod sets to i can reapply all mods after a TB or Challenge Pit Raid
3. Please allow us to scavenge the MK12 Armatech Tactical Data.
4. Please update/improve the TW rewards/brackets. the top bracket is still at 225mil plus guild GP. i think higher brackets are now needed.
5. allow us to donate all gear.
