Remove all none raid only gear from raid rewards.(not completely necessary, but come on should it really be there)

Give an exchange rate at the NPC vendor that allows raid lvl gear to be exchanged for other raid lvl gear at fixed exchange rates. Now no one cares about having 100 of something they don't need, yes it wouldn't be 100 of what you do need but still I think that could work.
