Question about light speed pack

Hello, I just buyed the light speed pack of Kylo Ren galactic legends at 23€, and and there's still the €12 one, which doesn't contain the ships but some other characters that weren't in the €23 pack, but it also contains characters that are already in the pack I bought. So here's my question: what will happen to them if I buy this pack? Because I'm a little annoyed about paying €12 for the last few missing ones when I already have the main ones from this pack.

    You gain the shards for shard store if character already at max promotion. The additional extra shards are helpful to purchase higher costing blueprints or shards in store.

    Do you with LSBs?  I thought they took characters to the levels stated on the pack.  I don't think they give you shards to take them to the stated levels.

    I think if you have characters already at the requirements, any extra stuff just simply isn't replied.
