Question about ranking.

How can he be at #102 with just 26k power? (Compared to me, #105 with 89k power) How did he climb up there? I also notice that my much stronger ally is at #500+. Shouldnt he be above my r...

Found the same guy AGAIN, this afternoon.
And he was at rank-above-100 (#84) :o

BTW, how do you lower your rank?
By not playing the arena for some days?
That means you lose your daily arena rewards...
