Question about Tenacity and definition

No if stunned they are stunned it is at current TM and when the bar fills stun wears off if it is a 1 turn stun then TM then goes to 0 TM fills as normal.
So as stated if you stun a character with 99% TM it will essentially drop off right away after they gain that last 1% TM.
Biggs has some additional in this. If you stun Biggs with Empire, RG or EP or the hit that stuns crits he will gain 100% TM and the stun will drop of and then TM resets to 0 and TM gain is normal
