It'll all add up. Remember that R2 gains an extra 10% offense for each galactic republic ally including himself so in a Jedi team that's an easy 50% on top of a potential offense set giving him 10% more. So an easy 300+ offense right there.
Then you factor in zQGJ's lead giving Jedi offense equal to 3x their speed. Not too hard to get their speeds in the 200-250 range so that's another 600-750 and if you have really good speed then there's potential for 900 offense there.
So R2's offense + zQGJ's offense bonuses combined will give all your Jedi an extra 1000+ offense which at that point can make a very big difference because now the entire team can hit very hard even if they're not critting. I unfortunately don't have an offense set for my R2 but with my current setup all my Jedi do 10k+ damage very often and R2 being not too far behind them. With an offense set that will only get better.
