Raddus light speed bundle not received

I bought both rogue one packs but I only got one of them.

The raddus pack is nowhere to be seen and I already tried contacting the support.

They just closed both tickets saying "resolved" but I still do not have the characters.

I would appreciate getting what I paid for.
