That being said, I've participated in many a forum for various games over the years and @EA_Jesse and @CG_JohnSalera are among my favorite.

Responding to people like you won't help this game. The trend of watching the footstomping and tantrums is what I said insane.

Isn't it a violation of the TOS to mention refunds? But yes I did. And I never said I was going to quit. Why is my refund such a big issue with you trolls? Funny I remember you saying that's between me and ea and I shouldn't post it here yet you nonsensically keep reminding everyone.

Either way you only came here to troll Qeltar's thread and offered nothing other then to stomp your feet while declaring others feet stompers after obtaining a refund and stating in numerous, now deleted posts, that CG could delete your account. I'm not surprised you can't see the significance of why continuing to play an account with all the benefits of being p2p after receiving a refund is an issue....

You certainly haven't. I can only return the hope that they suspend or block your account for continuing to break the TOS.

The TOS applies to in game rules and legal policy that defines what the involved parties can and cannot do.

Accessing the game means you agree to the TOS for said game. A couple examples are that the game, swgoh and all things associated with it, are the property of Disney and it's agents such as LA, EA, and CG. Despite your repeated statements otherwise, you do not own anything in or associated with this game. Period.

Additionally, the above have the right to make any change they deem necessary without notice or approval. This includes but is not limited to nerfs, buffs, content alterations of any kind, content pricing, etc. A violation of said TOS includes the issuance of a refund following a change, despite having already acknowledged and agreed to the TOS, and then continuing to play said game. Unfortunately, for the Devs you are probably not worth the time of tracking down in game to ban.

What the TOS does not do is govern the forums. What governs what you can and cannot do on the forums are the policy that they set up and can be found for your enjoyment to read. Jesse expressly stated that it was a violation of the forum policy to have received a refund and then come to the forums to brag about it; which you did here: https://forums.galaxy-of-heroes.starwars.ea.com/discussion/11780/quiet-speed-nerf-to-poe

He said he intended to suspend/delete forum accounts which did this. Unfortunately you went into hardcore backpedal mode in order to save your forum account so that you could spend the rest of your time trolling others threads to call everyone whiners or creating threads crying for a Dooku nerf.

As usual you have no idea what you're talking about and I'm slightly saddened that to this day, despite having read this, you still have no idea what the TOS actually is or that in this day and age people actually think they own virtual content in an online game.

Needless to say, nobody expects you to respond to needlessly rancorous and insulting comments. ( @ioniancat21 - If you must launch vicious attacks on the devs, could you use your own thread, rather than mine? Same to anyone else who behaved rudely.)
However, there are many legitimate, politely-expressed concerns and complaints that sit for weeks with no answers. Examples:
- Why there is still so little replayable content, leading people to be bored.
- The lack of weekly and seasonal events, lagging far behind other games.
- Minimal and late responses to the promised Q&A series.
- Updates on progress in fixing GW, one of the few things there is to do in this game, and yet also among the most frustrating.
- The justification for creating a deliberate resource shortage by nerfing the droid/credit events to oblivion rather than improving them as we were led to believe was going to happen.
The last of these is, I'm sorry, inexcusable. You repeatedly told us that the old keycard battle system was going to be replaced with something better. Some people held off on using them, waiting for this improvement. Instead, you replaced it with something far worse. Not one single word has been uttered by you, by @EA_Jesse or anyone else as to what the justification for this was. Not one.
(You know who made out the best in that? Cynical people who said it would become worse and so stocked up on credits before the change. Do you know how difficult it is to support the dev team and encourage others to give you a break when you actually do the things that negative people say you will? )
At any rate, that list is what I am talking about with the title of this thread. Nobody expects you to be here chatting with us every day, I'm sure you are busy and your personal time is your own. But rather, it's about the deliberate avoidance of dealing with specific feedback on matters such as Q&A, GW, and the event system.
I'm sorry, but I think it is reasonable for people who are paying dozens or hundreds of dollars a month to want some transparency. It just doesn't take that long to post an update thread once per week, and IMO, as leader of the development team, it's not too much to ask of you.
It's also entirely reasonable, when you say "X is going to be replaced by Y, which will be an improvement", to ask for an explanation when it is clearly a step backward.

I have only one question. Are the credit challenges being looked at and being changed? There is still no response from anyone official why they nerfed them to the point of useless. Apart from this everything thing else is great.

I would add to this list the stealth nerf of Greedo. As Jesse said, the intention was to prevent people to get him at gear IX. Well, why not. The health and health steal nerf appear to be collateral errors, but they are huge and need to be adressed. I don't have Greedo, but it is easy to learn (by reading this forum during 10 minutes) that his health steal was the feature which made it good. I find it worrying that the devs missed that when they change Greedo's gear.

Someone name me a game in which developers actively participate on their forums each and every day. Each and every week, even. Not many. That's not their jobs. They hire people such as @EA_Jesse to do this, so they can do their jobs, which is develop and patch the game you're playing, to most likely continue working on other projects, and to have an actual life outside of work.

It's a funny pattern. They participate here, they get lots of positive feedback from people saying they appreciate it, and then they disappear for weeks on end.

-Don't chat about upcoming changes online,
-Chat about it on the official forum.
-Chat privately amongst yourselves in a private place, such as a Line group where the public is not privy to the conversation.

This is the professional way to do things. This is a multimillion dollar project, it's time they act like it is!!
