What a bunch of nonsense. Go play something else if you have sand in your privates. Jesse or John don't owe us anything. Every time one of them gives info, it is perceived as an open door for criticism. If I were they, I don't know that I would be eager to open that door, either. Jesse should open another category for the "Galaxy of Tears" and you can all fling mud and bash each other all day in there. Demanding answers..lol. Your X-box is calling you, this is not the game you are looking for...
107 days live, $200,000 a day (between iOS / Android...and a modest rounding of numbers) = ~$21 million for this game, and its probably higher than that. Take an EA cut and a Disney licensing cut and there is still plenty of cash to be "owed" something for a game almost 4 months in. That's 1/3 of an ENTIRE year..and the updates (REAL updates, copy pasting more LS/DS or throwing together a Yoda event hardly counts) we have gotten seem few and far between. There are STILL a ton of bugs that plague core mechanics of heroes. Balancing is wildly bad. Honestly I like this game but it's SO frustrating to play.
Sharing the roadmap of the game, giving more peeks into game modes, upcoming heroes, packs, balancing (WEEKS in advance, not a day before) would go a LONG way making people happy and speak with their wallets.
My suggestion, hire one personn...the REAL conduit between their team and their player base. Have a meeting for an hour twice a week, take notes, let that person reveal things and get us excited. Ease some questions, or raise some concerns on balance...EVEN if they don't agree. Just something. Heck, even just give a post once a week on upcoming things. SOOOO many other games do this...
This QA was such a great opportunity and they completely dropped the ball on it. I don't believe for a second all these "we are so busy we can't respond" blah blah.
