The thing is, they have a player base willing to provide feedback, but they need to stop overreacting, and keep the dialogue open.
If they asked for a cross-section of volunteers from the players to test upcoming changes on a test server, they wouldn't even have to pay for play testers. A LOT of us would volunteer, just to help right the listing ship.
