Let’s be clear I’ve asked about gear that dropped from crate and cost nothing. MK7 Blastech was provided as example of such gear but It’s not crate drop. It could be bought or crafted but it’s not raid drop.
I don’t know any gear from raid sim crates or HSTR top 11-16 that is best for chromium relic mats.
And if gear dropped from raid have MK1 raid price it should be counted as useful.
