Raiders of the outer rim Tier 6

For some reason I cant access tier 6 of raiders of the outer rim but able to access tier 7, am I missing something ? Does Sm33 not count as a marquee character?

Same boat, searched the requirements and found: Era of Piracy Marquee Characters (2025)The era introduced several characters via marquee events, allowing them to be unlocked at 3 stars: Captain Ithano (Pirate), Quiggold, Kix, Brutus, Vane (Released Aug 26, 2025), Captain Silvo. So we need one of those 6 at R9.
