Raids: Post 0 damage automatically
Question to the devs: If only those who were in the guild at the start of a raid can participate and are eligible to rewards, why not automatically post 0 damage for them? As you are not offerin...

The game really should provide tools and appropriate structure for conducting raids without the need to communicate archaic and complex rules to the entire guild, and to then need to constantly monitor and enforce those rules.
I can't blame people for not wanting to check their chat constantly. The MOTD is a huge improvement, but it doesn't solve the problem that not everybody looks at chat. The raid shouldn't have a ruleset that necessitates contrived policies.
Post active members to the leaderboard. Or give all recently active guild members the minimum reward packet.
Devise a better method for breaking ties, etc.
