Rancor lock out

Question

@CG_Carrie I am currently locked out of raid rewards. I’ve been in my guild for the last 3 months. Nobody else in the guild is. I have screen shots but not sure how to post them. I’m in hoth ski patrol and my ally code is 948-294-914. Of course I’m also currently slotted for first. Thanks for your help.

That’s what happens when you guild hop, Also can happen if you change guilds , and have ran too many rancor raids.
