Rancor needs to be buffed
I think the current Raid does not do Rancor justice.
It should be an endeavour which is a bit more of a challenge and require collaboration.
How I would go about it:
1) Rancor gains +1 to +7 speed per living player char depending on Raid difficulty.
2) Rancor suffering speed debuff should have its effectiveness dampened by a multiplicative reduction of 7% per level of Raid Difficulty.
Examples:
Raid level 1, 5 toons alive
Rancor gains +5 speed - as chars die, Rancor's buff reduces effectiveness, so as not to kill the survivors too quickly
Rancor suffers a 50% TM reduction. His debuff dampening is at 7%, which is equal to 50% * 0.93 = 46.5% TM reduction.
Raid Level 7, 3 toons alive
Rancor gains (3* 7) +21 speed.
Rancor suffers a 100% TM reduction. His debuff dampening is at 49%, which is equal to 100% * 0.49% = 51% TM reduction.
This would go a long way to shuffle the Raid dynamics and require more collaboration.
