In answer to A, no. Once you have CLS it is very unlikely that deathmark will matter. But once you have him you might also be completely changing your teams so you can solo all rounds with 1 team.
So how does it work? CLS removes TM and Mr. Pig never gets to go? Or is there more strategy involved?
