No I do not think that is acceptable. The 500 crystals I have received which no other members of my guild have received yet. Do not cover the loss of gear and player shards.
So far we have had 6 rancor battles that we have not been able to sim. And we just launched number 7 today. You do the math on the amount of gear lost if you place below the 10th spot.
