Rancor sim broken
The rancor sim function is broken. My guild has 35 7* Han Solo which is the requirement to sim the rancor. No we’re the game only states we have 34. It is not counting all our members. I have us...

No I do not think that is acceptable. The 500 crystals I have received which no other members of my guild have received yet. Do not cover the loss of gear and player shards.
So far we have had 6 rancor battles that we have not been able to sim. And we just launched number 7 today. You do the math on the amount of gear lost if you place below the 10th spot.
Exploiting the customer service is unacceptable!

I am not exploiting customers service. I did not ask for 500 crystals they gave that to me as Huss money.
All I asked for was to have them fix the glitch or have them contact the people who can. And to have them contact me back.
However all they said was to make a post here.
I could care less about the 500 crystals.
