Rancor sim broken
The rancor sim function is broken.
My guild has 35 7* Han Solo which is the requirement to sim the rancor. No we’re the game only states we have 34. It is not counting all our members. I have use the DSA discord bot to count the number of players that have 7* Han. I then when through that list and verified those numbers.
So the short of the matter is my entire guild is missing out on rewards because the game is messed up and cannot count to 35.
What I did.
I filed a report with EA. I have to say this was the biggest joke ever. I had to email them over 12 times Over several days. Just to receive this response
“Please post your concern on our game forums for better visibility of your issue among the gaming community and developers.

Please accept the 500 crystals as the compensation for the inconvenience caused due to this issue.”
Great! I received under $5 worth of crystals. However this did not fix the problem. I then requested for my guild to receive the same compensation that I did as this is a guild wide problem not just an individual problem. EA told me every member of my guild would have to file a REPORT as they do not give out guild wide compensation.
They give out game wide competition so why can they not give my guild the same compensation.
Sorry this post is so long. I am doing what EA has told me to do and publicly shame them on the forums. So this issue gets resolved.
