Rancor Tenacity after Topple

Did I miss somewhere that Rancor tenacity goes up like 2000% after topple? I swear at the start of the battle (Teebo L, Phasma, EE, FOO, Chief C), I can land, speed down, Teebo & FOO Turn Meter red...

What annoys me most is the Rancor's ability to dodge when there's a door on his head!
