Razor Crest

Conquest units are supposed to be farmable somewhere else beside conquest 1 year after. But is it 1 year after they introduced them or 1 year after people are able to unlock them?

1 year following introduction, but seeing how it hasn’t been a full year yet it will remain to be seen how CG implements that.
