Conquest units are supposed to be farmable somewhere else beside conquest 1 year after. But is it 1 year after they introduced them or 1 year after people are able to unlock them?

They did say they would become "more available one year after release". They never said what that meant. It could be an event like Finalizer that comes around once a month or maybe add to a store or who knows what else. They obviously punted this down the road a year because they had no plan, so we will find out eventually.
