Clever Ruse wasn't working properly, so they reset it back to level 1 for everyone and refunded the material used to upgrade it. You would have received a message saying "sorry for the inconvenience" and your zeta and omi mats as well as the other stuff used to upgrade it.

While their messaging could be better about why you are getting stuff like that, it was returned and I'm guessing that you used them elsewhere?
