What device?

ios or Android?

Are you in the in game menu?

Go to your local store and buy a remediable gift card

Redeem that gift card on iTunes or Play store

You should be able to pay for in game purchases

If you have any problems, let me know

I can and will help (to the best of my ability's)

    thank you very much for your answer!

    I'm on ios (ipad4). I guess it's an iTunes gift card I'll have to get then.

    I will write again, if I encounter any more problems, thank you.

    PS. I'm lvl 85. Been FTP for 1.5 years.
