I'd agree with Neo. If you want to do heroic concentrate on one team at a time for a single phase. P1 most can throw anything at and scrape 1-2%.
Looking at your roster you could go IGD lead with QGJ, Lumi and try and beef up two more Jedi for P1.
Your P4 team is probably just missing a 5th rebel at Gear X and levelled up. Eventually you'll replace ST Han in that P4 team as he's better in P3 to take the heat of Palp.
