When you do analysis like this, you can really only use data from teams with an equivalent power level (apples-to-apples). I know "power" doesn't matter as much as synergy but in-terms of a tangible statistic, power is all we have to gauge the strength of a team + / - 5% or less. In-relation to GW, that's really only the last 5 nodes maybe. You would definitely need to throw out data from the first 6 nodes.
I'm not even sure lvl has anything to do with it. Not sure that it doesn't, mind you. But I am not aware of any confirmation of this.
I used criteria which is pretty much fact, as we know it. Recording every dodge-able event that was possible. And separating events where the dodge rate is known to be affected (dodge lead and Evasion up and Sid/jedi). If you want to throw in every intangible maybe-something, you're welcome to start your own project.
FWIW, you can add this to your data points. My GW team average toon level is 72. And only 2 7 star toons. RG 5 stars, Ben 4 stars, Dooku 6 stars. No raid gear, but furnaces used where applicable and otherwise pretty close to max gear, except for my Ben, languishing at gear 8 and doing fine. I'm player lvl 79, and I usually face all 80, all 7 star teams at some point. Last 3 or 4 nodes, even. I didn't make specific note of toon level in this observational experiment. My highest Arena team power is 32.5K, and my usual Arena teams are 30.5K power for the last 2+ weeks.
I also did not cherry pick my GW team to produce specific results. I wanted to use an evasion lead, but the team I used was just the last one I used in GW. This is just one of my normal GW squads, and I happened to be able to complete it with no subs or swaps.
